Maintenance that is actually maintenance

Retainers include an hours allowance for changes, and unused hours carry forward rather than disappearing at month end.

Yes. We start with an audit so we know what we are taking on, then quote the retainer.
What is your response time?
Same working day for standard issues, and immediate attention for a site that is down or compromised. Exact terms sit in the support agreement.
Can you help if our previous developer has gone?
Yes, and this is a common request. We take over hosting, domains and repositories and get you back in control of your own accounts.
Do you offer one-off help without a retainer?
Yes, billed hourly. A retainer works out cheaper for anyone needing regular changes.
