We build brand identities for businesses that have outgrown the logo someone made in the first year, covering what you say about yourself and how it looks.

our approach

Positioning before pixels

A logo cannot fix an unclear proposition. We start with what your business does, who buys it, what the alternatives are, and why customers chose you rather than them. That conversation produces the positioning line, the messaging hierarchy and the tone your writing should use.

For technical and industrial clients this stage does most of the work. Companies in speciality chemicals, safety equipment and testing services usually undersell themselves, because their marketing describes the product and never states the reason anyone buys it.

01

Positioning and messaging

What you say first, second and third, and the tone that carries it.

02

Visual identity

Logo in its full variant set, colour with print and screen values, typography and iconography.

03

Brand guidelines

A document your suppliers can follow, plus source files you own outright.

04

Applications

Stationery, decks, packaging, brochures, signage and exhibition graphics, print-ready.

why it matters

Rebranding without throwing away recognition

If you have recognition to protect, a wholesale change discards something you already paid for. We look at what your customers actually recognise, which is often the colour rather than the mark, and evolve from there.

The rollout is sequenced across the website, print stock, vehicles and signage, so you are not visibly half-branded for six months.

how a project runs

From first conversation to live

Four stages, with something you can look at after each one.

Discovery

Your market, your buyers, your competitors and the reason customers pick you.

Positioning

The proposition and messaging hierarchy, agreed in writing before design begins.

Identity design

Routes explored, one direction developed, then applied across real touchpoints rather than mockups.

Guidelines and rollout

The document, the source files and a sequenced plan for putting it live.

questions

Common questions

Do you do logo-only projects?

We prefer to include basic guidelines, because a logo with no rules for its use degrades within a year. The scope can still be kept small.

How long does a full identity take?

Four to six weeks from brief to final files, depending on review cycles.

Do we own the logo?

Yes, in full, including source files. We can advise on trademark registration but do not file it for you.

Can you match a new website to our existing brand?

Yes. Our web and design teams work from your existing guidelines where they exist.

Send us your logo and a recent proposal

We will show you where your brand is inconsistent and what it would take to fix.
